The Ragin' Uptown staff has always consisted of at least two people, owners Steve Branum and Jeremy Thompson. Now the two entrepreneurs oversee more than 10 part-time and full-time staff. Manager, Aaron Chidester, has been with the company for most of its existence. He was hired as the company's first full-time employee as the business exploded onto the Charlotte nightlife scene. Public Relations director, Matt McGlothlin, became affiliated with Ragin' Uptown shortly after Chidester. . The dedication of these two orginial staffers has led the way for a multitude of other Ragin' drivers and administrators. The owners are always looking for new talent to help improve on an outstanding Charlotte success story.
