RAGIN’ UPTOWN PARTY CHARTERS (RU) is not responsible for lost items. We reserve the right to charge for damages and excessive clean-up and may terminate rental at any time. $200 non-refundable deposit due upon booking ($500 for Proms). Cancellations within 14 days of rental will result in charge equaling up to 100% of total balance (gratuity not included). Service credit may be issued as determined by owners if outside of 72 hours from rental date/time. Bus assignments at discretion of RU. No illegal substances allowed. No alcohol permitted in vehicles with anyone under the age of 21. RU is not responsible for assessed cover charges or denial of client’s admission into event establishments. Rear / Windows & doors are for emergency use only. By signing this, I do hereby release Upward Mobility, dba Ragin’ Uptown from any liability incurred. Attorney fees incurred by Ragin’ Uptown for matters of non-payment by client will be the responsibility of client.
